    Any Suggestions?

    This will be my first cycle. I am looking to put on lean muscle and gain some strength(lean size being my main priority).

    Weeks 1-10 Test C 600mg per week
    Weeks 1-4 DBol 30mg or 45mg per day
    Weeks 12-15 Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Clomid 100/100/50/50
    Considering:

    -Running HCG at 250mg per week throughout cycle
    - Arimidex at .25mgs per day throughout cycle, in order to keep bloat
    down.

    Does anyone have any suggestions or comments?

    Also should I run DBol for 30 or 45 mgs a day?

    Personally i would extend duration of test c to 12 weeks, and drop the dosage to 500mg/wk. Dbol duration looks good and as far as dosage goes since you asked either 30 or 45, i would go with 45. But either one would suffice as you wont see a drastic difference between the two.

    all in all with a spot on diet and training regime, should see some great results best of luck to you bro

    *pct start time needs to be changed accordingly if you decide to extend cycle to 12 weeks.

    Thanks for the help bro. Maybe I will extend the cycle out to 12 weeks and drop the dose to 500mg/per week. If I do that can I leave the same PCT drugs and dosage and just bump the start of it back 2 weeks? Thanks in advance!

    yah bro, PCT compounds and dosages would be the same, and as you stated just bump the start time 2 weeks back. (14 days or 2 weeks after last test shot)

    tbol will be less water retentive but "lean" gains come with diet. dbol doesnt make u put on fat any more than dbol would if ur diet is right. dbol jus puts on more water which leads to the misconception of "fat" gains which comes off pct when ur water drops.

    1. i'd run the dbol at 45 and maybe as much as 6 weeks (thats what i did with good results)
    2. run the test at 500 no less than 10 weeks preferably 12
    3. i really dont think u need hcg but it cant hurt u
    4. arimidex at .25mg ed will keep water off u so dbol/tbol is good either way since its winter time i'd go with dbol and deal with the bloat, ull like it for the extra strength that comes with it.

    IMO you could run either one bro, but i believe that the more important thing to consider is your diet as this will be the determining factor as far as your gains go, whether you want to bulk,cut, or gain lean mass.
