whats the best gear to take to help get a six pack?
I dont have a stomach but its very little belly and i want abs i work them out 3 times a week every other day and i do have a good diet. I am on winny and jsut finished eq and i did trim down my body fat but is there any other gear out there that will help me trim up around that area and start gettin abs?

Diet and cardio isnt gear lol I know those 2 are givens, im saying sterodis to take that will help me cut up.
How do you run clen ? I see a lot of stuff with clen but whats it all about?

lol i want abs badly cause im pretty happy wit the rest of my body. Of course i still train to better my other parts but my abs are lackin far behind and so are my legs but im lazy to do legs. Im moe concerend with abs.

What I'm using now is working simply great.
Fina 100mgs/day
Winstrol 50mgs/day
Clen 250mgs/day
T3 125mgs/day
ECA 25mgs,200mgs,325mgs/2 times daily
Lifting 5 days, cardo 45 mins (bout 600cals worth burned in AM) 3-4 days.
I am watching fat burn off my gut, shoulders are ripped as hell, maintaining solid muscle and gaining in strength.
Just wish I could use this shit for the rest of my life :/ hehe

You're not going to get a "six pack" working out your abs only 3 times a week. You need to work them once a day every day if you REALLY want abs. Ciao....rg

I heard abs are like any other muscle that you need to rest and not over work them. Also all people are differnt, i know some kids who only do it 2 days a week and there stomachs are ripped. Im sure i could do more but it is hard to find the time.

like said before keep up withyour supplements and do cardio, rught now i am runnung sus,winni and some hydroycut so far the results have been great my abs are starting to show and the winni is keeping them hard, did i mention also drink plenty of cold h2o. by drinking very cold h20 your body has to turn up the heat and therfore your metabolism is increased. i dont know if this will work for you but in my experience it has been doing the job for me.

abs and calves can be worked a little more often than other muscle groups but not everyday....I get good results with a 1 on, 1 off, 1 on, 2 off, repeat cycle for abs.

first off almost all steroids make look harder,but to combat the fat ni your body the best thing its clen especially given the fact that it attacks only fat and no other tissue do you want an example who use clen all the strippers that have a messed up diet take that shit cuz it shreeds fat with a little or no effort

yes you can but I wouldn't because its crucial after cycle to up your calories in an attempt to keep your hard earned muscle tissue as your natty test will be at an all time low...some say its anti-catabolic but it has to be run at dangerous levels to have that effect...the study im talking about was done on rats I think at levels to high for humans...

What is this nonsense? Only target abs once. If you have a good routine you will hit abs anyway on your other training days in some fashion.
To everyone else, isnt there something to take that allows your to take clen continously, rather than cycled?
Op: all you need is a caloric deficit, HIIT cardio, and clen. You could certainly add in a steroid to help keep as much muscle as possible but that may be overboard considering your history
