Newbie - Trying to contact board sponsor

I'm a newbie and I'm trying to contact one of the Dr. prescribed board sponsors that is recommended by the board administrator and I'm not getting any answer. Does anyone know if they are still in business or are they just off for the holidays? Do I just have to fill out an online inquiry form and let them call me?

So far I've had nothing but a big hassle. They say they are becoming a new better company. I wouldn't recommend. I'd wait for several months of positive posts before I tried them. There are other HRT clinics out there. Good luck!
