I went to see a dr and she told me that mine can be removed with lipo and I don't need to make the incision. Anyone else have theirs sucked out without going under the knife? Just curious how lipo can suck out that big lump under my chest without breaking it up first.

lipo won't suck the lump out, it will take out the excess fat in the chest. the lump has to be surgically removed.

they do break it up and then suck it out.........however im having the incision and lipo done

lifeline, is it a hard lump or is it soft? Usually the hard lumps need cut out, with a little lipo for contouring. If it is soft i think they can just lipo it.
