    strength in 2nd cycle

I will be running this for my next cycle.

    week 1-5 DBOL 40mg/day
    week 1-10 TEST E 500mg/week
    week 1-9 DECA 400mg/week

PCT 2weeks after last test shot and all the proper stuff will be takeing diet, vitamines, etc.

    I got 2 questions

    (1) deca does that increase strength by alot?, or it will just give me nice solid gains?

    (2) I feel i might be abit weak in the chest is it possible to gain 20-30kg (44-66 pounds) in bench?

If you are concerned with gains wieght should be secondary to feeling the muscle. I am not saying that the weight you push is completly irrelevant but you should be more concerned with feeling you chest work throught the workout, do you squeeze you pecs hard as you push the bar up and lower the bar in a controlled and slow manner on the decent?

    Whats your chest routine?

Why do you want to add 20-30kg top your bench? i would be more concerned with adding quality muscle to my pecs if my chest was weak.

I'd say that its possible. Just make sure you are taking in plenty of calories and getting plenty of rest. GL!
