    ephedra advice

    wondering if anybody had any cool ideas of how to take ephedra hcl? i've got tons of the 25 mg pills with caffein. never taken ephedra but never really cut like i'm about to.

    IF you want run the eca stack since u have 25 mg tabs split pill 2 to get the below...

    E= 37.5mg
    C= 200mg
    A= 200mg

    aspirin thins your blood, and somehow that's supposed to make the fat "disappear" faster
