    Bodyfat measurements

    How can i measure body fat, PROXIMATELLY.
    Where can i get my BF checked, or.. Where can i buy something that i can do it on myself?

    As for your question, google "body fat calipers". There are plenty of places to order your own set with instructions on proper use.

    dont trust the electrical ones.. so the clampers or whatever they are called are ur best choice.. that is if the hydrostatic or DXA-method are unavailable... which they prolly are... but the skin fold measurements if done rightly are ur best bet prolly.
