    Sust. gains

I heard it is a little easier to maintain more gains from sust. rather than any other single ester test..... any truth to this?

I think the maintenance of gains is more relative to your pre-existing foundation, PCT and how well you recover, and definitely your structured diet, disciplined training, and appropriate rest.

With that said, I think one can maintain results just as well from sust as they can from any single estered forms of test, minus test susp or prop unless ran for the appropriate duration and/or in combination with other, longer-acting tests.

Hope this helps answer your question.

    Good luck,

    very well put...

your diet and training will affect this more than the ester of test you choose...orals like dbol and drol are a little trickier, but proper pct and hitting it just as hard, if not harder when your done is key as well...

with proper diet, training, and pct, approx. what percentage of gains can I expect to keep from 125 mg EOD of sust (little over 11 weeks)....I have a solid base of muscle (2 years) under my belt

^^ Nobody can really give you a firm estimate of what your going to keep or lose after cycle as this is all individual dependent as well.

But as stated above, follow some disciplined guidelines and you should be able to keep losses to a minimum.

    Good luck,
