I want to cut from 16% down well below 10 any suggestions on a cycle I am 31 been in the gym for 11 yrs but out for 2yrs and now back for 6mths. I am not worried about losing muscle I plan to put it back after I get down. I have my cutting diet all worked out thanks to the stickies in the diet section but I need some help planning this cycle and my pct. I can gain easy but have never been this serious about cutting.
