I know it tastes like $hit, but try drinking some tonic water. it's pretty kick ass for cramps, it's cheap and it's safe to use everyday lol. When I'm cramping bad, I usually drink about 500ml. Hope it helps you out?

    cramps

i feel for you. i cramp severely too. i have been to a number of doctors about it . my whole body will cramp after a workout and sometimes on non workout days. i mean my quads, hams lock and get baseball sized knotts. calves and even back and bi"s. i want to die when it happens. i upped my potassium intake and water . you need a good multi vitamin too. doctors say it can be a number of things. the scary thing is it can lead to long term effects in some people. i think its more than just a dehydration prob. i think its the worst thing in the world. i wouldnt have to ever lift if it kept happening cause it tears down my muscle far worse than a workout it seems.

I can tell you several things: Eat a lot of bananas, or take increased potassium intake and drink lots of water. When you go to work out stretch diligently, start your weights very light and slowly work up to where you want to be. Do not start out even moderately heavy. And do not ever take clen !

sounds like dehydration bro and your minerals and electralytes are off...eating ALOT of bananas isnt the answer...eating them in at the right time is...also keep your system hydrated drinking a gallon to a gallon and a half a day..are you taking a multi vita multi mineral???

I get that sometimes too. Its alot worse depending on what suplements your on. If your taking creatine and glutamine on your cycle that can make this worsen. If you are using these sups, your gonna need even more water than someone who's just on a cycle. Just like a couple others have said it's related to being properly hydrated.
