Gave Blood Today to reduce RBC
I gave blood for the first time to reduce what I have concluded to be a high RBC. I'm in my 6th week of t-bol, Prop, Test E and EQ. I was extremely lethargic and BP was on the rise. I gave around noon and I feel like a million bucks already. Can i expect reduced pumps the next week or so?

probably not, many endurance racers do this to incourage new production of younger blood cells..
believe it or not, some people donate blood to help others..
have you ever done a high colonic??? that will make ya feel free and less full too..
You have a good idea here actually, it would be great if you came and posted how you feel tomorrow as well..
thanks for sharingThe answer to your every question

Spy,
Woke up this morning after a great night sleep. Feel a bit more energized and I can tell that the BP is down.

CD,
I was using 600mgs. EW but I think the lathargy may have been a combo of the 90mgs. of T-bol ED and the EQ as well as the test.
