    need help: Total NUBE

    Hi I am new to the forum and to anabolics all together. I am 34..6'1 204.. Been working out for a year with ok result but i want more. What I need is a stack with the greatest lean mass, fat burning capability.. I wanna put on about 20 lbs of muscle around my body. I dont need it over nite..but I want something that will remain permanent, have minimal side effects and that can actually be bought..I got suckered a couple of times with these so called legalsteroid type stores. I need a good baseline stack for medium mass gains, with good cutting..and again...longevity with minimal side effects. Please regard that have very little knowledge of these things, dont take my ignorance for disrespect, or silliness. If someone can help, even speak to me on the fone or via im i would appreciate it much also. Thanx for all your brothers and sisters. By the way I dont compete so i dont care about detection..I just want a mean body with good size, and cut...nothing to huge or over emphasized.

    You have only been lifting for a year, you dont not need to be taking anything yet.

    Try eating 5000 cals/day and lifting 2-3 times a week, squats should be done once a week and you will gain muscle

    ok thanks for the replying, but let me add..i worked out before since i was 24 ...that makes many years but then i had a car accident so i left the workin out ..on a serious level at least, for a year...and then started again..its been a year since i am back...I work out 6 times a week...I stagger routines, eat very hi protein foods, abstain from alcohol etc...I also stagger muscle groups and do squats 2x a week. I dont want many calories without the anabolic because i dont really wanna get fat to be honest. As for the rules...i apologize...chuck it to newness on the forum...but nonetheless i will go anabolic..its in my blood...so can someone just give me a little direction at this point. I am determined now so i am either going to get hurt or be helped...the latter is my hope...thanks again

    You really cant expect to come here and be handed information by others. You need to do what all of us did and read up on it and learn about some on your own. You need a base of knowledge before you can really engage yourself. Read as much as you can on sites like this and google your butt off.
    One thing you will need to accept is that there is no cycle you can take that is going to give you 20lbs of muscle permanently without following it up with more cycles in the future. For the most part your gains from the cycle will slowly fade over the months following when you finish the cycle, and if you screw up your PCT you can really plummet fast. Ive seen guys shrivel up and lose 20 lbs over the course of 3 weeks and end up no stronger than when the started. You are going to need to make sure you understand all of the factors involved with using AAS responsibly.

    Its a good sign that you came here to ask for help. Glad you didnt just jump into things based on what some friends at your gym told you. Most would tell you to just start by doing a test only cycle. I wouldnt even waste your time looking at other compounds right now. Be sure to read up on PCT.
