ya i dunno wats the best way to do it... last time i took it from like week 4 till the end... i felt like it did hinder gains... could i just throw nolva in ocne or twice a week or does it have to be constant

no point dude, I seriously would not bother unless you got the symptoms. Whats your cycle look like

t4090 for 12 weeks 400mg after like 5 or 6 weeks kicked to 500mg a week

and winstol 50mg a day starting 2nd weed into cycle
