Beginner.. to lose fat?
Would test @ 500 mg a week and half way through start cytomel and winnie everyday help me lose a bunch of fat around the midsection? whatr kind of work out and diet should i abide to?

You have alot of research to do, anything you do is not going to just remove fat from around your midsection. Your diet and training are more important to lose fat than anything. Until you have that in check you shouldnt take anything.

you have to get your diet and training in check before you start to look into AAS.

Well since it was bumped...Stats ?cycle exp.?Do u have a current training schedule?Current diet?

I would say go with DNp but I think thats a little bit on the wild side for you.
