    Cant sleep!

    Dudes I'm doing 200ml of deca a week, I've done more in the past, but this time I cant sleep! I'm at work 10 hours a day, spend a hour down the gym, but I cant drop off!

    Is this normal???? Also is it ok to put all the deca in one pin or is it best to do two?

    is that all youre running? and yea 200mg is only 1cc why wouldnt you put it in one pin?

    need to add some test with that, also get yourself some benadryl take 25mg before bed time helps me sleep

    Man, I've had this same problem hardcore! I was on 600mg deca /wk
    and 500mg test e/week, the deca is over now but I'm still getting
    massive night sweats/ insomnia. I kicked the cycle with dbol and that
    really started the whole thing off because I think it played with my
    heartrate a lot. Massive gains on cycle this time though so I'd
    say it's definitely worth it! Not sure how people can handle stuff like
    tren , it must totally kick your ass!!!!

    1. Unless your doing supersets I'm not sure you could blast through a good solid workout in an hour. So befor resorting to sleep meds, workout harder.
    2. Deca at 200mg I doubt would do anything but **** your sleep up lol

    Only 1 hour of working out? When im on a cycle im able to do 2 two hour workouts a day. You need to suck it up and workout harder

    really it depends on what strength the deca is. some are only 50mg/mL, and some can be up to 250mg/mL

    for the sleep problem you can try to take a small dose 25mg-50mg of diphenyhydramine a night.. it goes under the name benadryl ( its an anti histamine, but it has side uses such as treatment of mild insomnia) helped me out in the rough times before.

    This is the exact advise i was going to give as well. This stuff works great. Pfizer makes a great one called "Unisom". You can also use tylenol PM as well. It can be obtained at any pharmacy with no prescription needed. Just look in the sleep aid section.
