    rapid heart beat

Currently on 500test e and 400deca/wk. To be honest not to sure if its real, no tell tale signs(still on week 5 so not sure yet). Any way, doing deadlifts and after the 4th set my heart starts doin about 200bpm! Maybe wasnt breathing right, dont know but took a couple minutes and pushed through a couple more different workouts before deciding to call it quits and go home. Its been about 2 hours now and has calmed down a little, but still at least over 100bpm. No chest pains or shortness of breath. Been lifting for years but never had this before, any suggestions of what it could be or how to remedy? Thanks

Ive had that during cycles before, but never quite as fast as you describe. Never bad enough that I felt really uncomfortable. YOu should check your blood pressure and see where that is at. You could be retaining some water, which would contribute to those symptoms.

My heart was beating so fast I couldnt keep up count so I guestimated if you will. It just returned to normal about 2 minutes ago. All in all about 3 hours of insanely fast beating, but not any real shortness of breath or pain until about a minute before it went back to normal. Go figure.. I have cycled 2 times before this and never had this problem. Any suggestions? Weight hasnt really jumped that much, only 2-3 kilos in a month so I dont really think its water retention.. Thanks for the responses
