    Halotestin and dosage/timing

    I will be taking Halo at the end of my cycle for 5 weeks. Taking 25mg a day.
    Few Questions about it?
    1) I workout 5 days a week, on the days I dont lift I dont need to take it ,right? B/c the half life is pretty short or do I need to take it everyday.
    2) Is it best to take w/ or w/o food?
    3) What is the best way to take it? Like right when I wake up and then again before I workout, ok.

    Take it everday and definitely with food...good luck man

    Some guys will use maintenance dose on off days and use a higher dose on training days too....

    how long should I wait after I take it before I workout?

    are the strength gain you make off of halo kept? or are they temporary?

    this will be my first run w/ halo but I have heard that you will keep roughly 75% of strength gains

    only take on workout days.
