Pain in abdomen

I'm on my 5th week of a Test E only cycle of 500mg/week. Today all day long I have been having a dull pain in my lower left abs. I was hoping if someone experienced this or knew what this was, thanks.

ive had this dulll ache in exactly the same place, but its not anabolic related. i had it for couple of weeks then it just went away.

gr8 eliteky!!! that'll encourage him!! why not just diagnose him while your at it... u could have said "it could be serious, best go see the doc" u didnt have to name drop CANCER. if anything thats more than likely gonna steer someone away from seeing a gp.

thanks for the help guys, the pain is getting less noticeable. I guess I am just a little paranoid since this is my 1st cycle.
