    First cycle

    What do you guys think about this cycle for a first timer....

    Ive looked at alot of different cycles to try out and I think the first cycle in the newbie cycle thread best suits me for now. I want to add epehdrine in my PCT there also to keep cortisol down but i am unsure on the doseage for ephedrine any ideas???

    PCT
    Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
    Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
    Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

    Cycle 1:
    1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk
    1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED
    1 – 12 L-dex .25mg ED

    Im only putting down my first cycle because I want to see how my body reacts and I will go from there.

    Does any one have any input of suggestions on this?

    Looks like a decent basic cycle, but what are your stats and goals for it?

    i personally don't like to take anti e's while on unless i have too. I generally do not need them so I just wait till PCT. Seems pretty basic and I think your PCT looks good. Make sure you eat.... >>>>>the most important factor<<<<<

    150lbs...5,6....12%bf......my goal at the end of my bulking phase is to reach 160-165lbs with no more then 14%bf

    My diet and training are both in check

    How long have you been training? And what is your diet like? I'm thinking 150 pounds is a little on the low side for starting a cycle.

    Why Nolva and L-dex both? Just curious. I would just do what axe suggested and take them if needed. If you dont need them your probably just going to hinder your gains some. Good Luck.

    Ive been training on and off for about four years and serious training for about 1 1/2 years. My diet is good im just a small guy but i look pretty bult and ripped for my size......I wasnt planning on doing my cycle soon i still want to put more lean weight on i just want to prepare so when i do my cycle ill know what im doing...make sense?
