cycle?
How long should you do your cycle for ? I'm doing a 14 week but how long should you do could you go long than that ?

i would say your about 15% bodyfat, and like kale said pyamiding is old school, blast your bi's and tri's dude, their the same size as your forearms. I would work them 3 times a week this cycle.put torso secondary. i can tell you do squats, cause you have big abs.

My forearms are so big becuase I do heating and Ac work and always useing them but thanx I will start doing more Bi's and Tri's you are right about that thanx
