I havent done that many orders, but the one's I have done I used registered.

Yes, I'm impressed. Latin, I don't like registered but that doesn't mean it's any better or worse. JMO.

Just because I work long hours and don't want to have to get my package from the post office because I wasn't home to sign for it. And I'm paranoid.

Registered by far. Unregistered packs can take up to 3-4 months to recieve! That is no sh*t. Registered takes 7-14 days on average. It's cake, just use your head and stay alert. For instance, if you get a registered package at the 35 day mark, don't sign for it! As long as your orders are not huge, I think the odds of a controlled delivery are very small. You will see guys complain that they got screwed over by there source when the really didn't. It was their fault because they ordered registered. My two cents!
