    losing fat keeping muslce.

    I seem to have a hard time loseing fat and keeping muscle while i cut, but than when i bulk, BOOM all the muscle i lost comes back within 2weeks. When i cut i mainly do half cardio and high rep wieghts, when i bulk i do low rep wieghts. When you guys use deca and clen etc for cutting do they help preserve muscle by alot? i cut without using AAS but next time when i cut i will use clen will that help preserve muscle while burning fat?

    By keeping your protein levels high, BCAA intake during cardio high, and using Clen as a thermo would be your best bet since its anti-catabolic.

    yes, use clen or AAS when you cut to keep muscle mass

    I have used various ester tests, trens, drostolones, and HGH+t3 to cut with good effect (plus anavar and tbol - not all compounds at once though). I actually gain a little muscle while loosing fat.Then again I'm not huge to begin with nor do I want to be. I more of a sports guy then BB.
