How long can i stayon? help

currently nearing the end of week 1 of my cycle, im wondering how long i can stay on? can i stayon for 8-10weeks cause my friend said the gains will slow dramatically around the 6week mark of a suspension cycle anyway heres what im running so far

1 - 6 - test suspension 75mg daily
1 - 6 - winstrol 50mg daily
1 - 6 - nolva 10mg daily
1 - 6 - igf-1 60mcg daily(pwo only)

can i do this

1 - 10 - test suspension 75mg daily
1 - 10 - nolva 10mg daily
1 - 6 - winstrol 50mg daily
1 - 6 - igf-1 60mcg daily(pwo only)
5-10(last 6wks) - trenbolone -ace 50mg daily

and then run IGF-1 again during pct? or should i just keep it down to 6wks because gains will slow right down, he says the body adapts and stops you from gaining more. true/false?

some peoples gains may slow at week 6 some may slow at week12,we are all different mateand thus with trial and error will find these things out for ourselves,dony just trust wat ure mate sayssee wat happ for ureself..........
