    cardio while bulking?

    if im trying to bulk do i still need to do cardio? i would think it would be pointless

    Cardio for your general health yes..

    Depends on how your diet is.. for example say you notice your getting fatter/bigger i would encorporate cardio also bulking doesn't mean fattening.

    cardio exercises the most important muscle in your body, never pointless...just don't over do it...

    haven't needed much cardio on this cycle...I will hit it more when I am off

    thats what i was thinking...im going to be taking in all these calories, eating my ass off, just to get to the gym and burn them off? thats why i thought it was pointless...but i guess just not going in there and busting my ass on it is what i should probably do huh..

    I usually do 2 30minute sessions a week.

    I mostly do a light bike session the day after Legs day to get them warmed back up and get the blood flowing. I'll get my Heart rate up in the mid 160's. Reduces soreness, for me at least....

    If I start getting fat on bulking diet I check my diet or cut back a bit on cals and hit the cardio hard during pct to burn off extra fat

    wrong forum but since u asked..
    cardio is mandatory when bulking but only in moderation, it is best used to keep your stamina up.
