TEST is BEST
bros just curious,
im bout to start my first cycle : TEST ONLY 10 weeks
i know i have to push myself alot more but how much is too much? Is 2 hours in the gym too long? and how many sets are too much? in example Flat Benching and Inclined Benching 5 sets too much?
my current workout is
Chest 4 excersises/Triceps 3-4 exercises
biceps/back (same # of exercizes)
off wed.
Legs 4-5 exercises
Shoulders 4-5 exercises
any advice on what i can do to really push myself and increase my strength while im on this cycle would be appreciated.

alot of guys swear by getting in and out of the gym in an hour.i personally take from 1-1 1/2 hrs in the gym(depending on the w/o).follow how you feel if you can tear it up in an hour great if it takes a little longer its all good! as for sets i like 1-2 warmup sets and three working sets w/ no more than 6 reps.i also like to stick with compound lifts.make sure u run a serm or ai with the test(u can wait and see if u see gyno symptoms if u want).just a little input, GL!, BTW why not frontload the test instead of the d-bol? thats what im gonna do next time

not to hijack the thread or anything but as far as frontloading the test...is that safe for a first cycle? if you have the proper Serms and A.I.'s ready and your PCT is on point, would it be OK to frontload Test C or Test E say 800mg-1000mg/week for 2-4 weeks for a first cycle?

I wouldn't suggest front loading your first go round. Front loading doesn't guarantee results sooner but you can get sides sooner. I got acne that I've never gotten before when I ran test.

cool...good to know because I am starting 500mg/week April 2nd and I was just asking before I started. I'll just run my 500 all the way through and see what goes down...

when im on or off my diet is still my number one priority.
as for training.. when im cutting i lift no longer than 30-40min
when bulking i lift for like almost 1.5-2hrs.. YOU know why it takes so long
kuz i take a ****ing nap BETWEEN SETS! but i still do bout same amount of sets/excercises, just heavier w/ longer breaks
give you an example.. i take any where from 3-4min between sets or longer and then ATLEAST 5min between excercises just sitting there resting.. works wonders
