my buddy had a kidney issue & the doc told him it was due to creatine use... he came off the creatine for 3 months & got re-checked & it came back normal after that...

any visual side you noticeing?..get off creatine and go back restest your blood work see that happens, had same problem with kidney # while I was taking creatine, because high creatine intake it give unaccurate results, next time you get your blood work done, make sure not too take protein and creatine at list a day before blood test, and dont forget to fast..

Yeah I was gonna say drop the creatine for a while. Creatine has to filter through the kidneys, and I used to get sore kidneys while on Creatine, due to the fact that I am a creatine nonresponder and none of it was getting stored in my muscles. It was just filtering and going right through me.

Caffeine with prolonged use can have a negative impact on the kidneys.

I don't understand your numbers, what are they under on your sheet. What is your Creatinine Serum levels and your GFR Levels.

I second that. High protein intake is taxing on the kidneys. If you're off AS, then you probably don't need 2g of protein /lb. of bodyweight anymore (if that's what you're taking).

+3. Lower your protein intake and discontinue your use of the creatin until your body recovers.
