    gear

    I have gear coming in, and to start a cycle, i know with test enan (500mg a week) you dont get results until after the first 4 weeks.

    It was suggeted to throw dbol (50mg) a day in there the first 4 weeks for a head start.

    Now, i know i am will massively up my protein and carbs. but do i stop taking NOX and n0-explode?

    Do i need to take cell mass, no-explode and nitrix while i am on test and dbol?

    seems like a waste, since the dbol and test should be strong enough on their own for energy and results.

    please, any of you expert advice would be appreciated.

    by the way, why is there such a puch for susp or prop instead of enan? are they really that much better?

    Test is test,with prop you will need to take your shots ed or eod,i like long ester less shots.Sus is over priced test.As for D-bol it hold mostly water,and most people get side effect from it.Var,or turnabol would be a better choice.

    Test is test, but many people use prop as a kickstart since it gets in your system much quicker...For a first cycle, 30-40mg/day of d-bol would be sufficient.

    Thank you for the answers, how about the no-explode and cell mass, do i still take those when training on gear?

    I wouldnt waste my money on stuff like that if your doign gear.

    so test is fine then, i can see that, but replace deca with turnabol, and do not take no-explode with the test. Any last minute advice on anything?

    pct is nolva and clomid.

    my diet is pretty good right now, i eat 7 times a day. i eat alot of brown rice, sweet potato, whole grain pasta, red meat, chicken, tuna, protein shakes, bannanas, and 7 servings of vegetables a day on top of everything else.

    I feel like i am going to throw up by the 6th and 7th meal. i am trying to take extra fiber to balance my stomach working so hard, and trying to force the 7th meal down.

    I figured out i can do a big protein shake before i go to bed, i thought about 40 grams of protein and about 35 grams of carb. Is this an ok diet?

    you may not need extra fiber. fiber will actually give the feeling of satiety, which means you feel full. so if you are already feeling full by the 6th or 7th meal try to ease up on the fiber it may make you feel better. also when you eat that many times a day digesting food burns a lot of calories so keep that in mind when figuring your carb and protein intake for the day. and one other thing if you want 35 gm of carbs cut way back on the veggies. for example if you say 7 servings of vegies (broccoli) that alone is 98 gm carbs not to mention your pasta or rice. if you go to mypyramid.gov you can get some pretty good info for diets. just tweek it to your specs...diet is very important.
