Havent had to much luck in fiding anything for this topic. Other than body building comps what cycles are designed for specific sports? I was reading some topics of what people used in past but basing it off that and not why they chose them just doesnt settle my gut as to why I or anyone should do the same.

For Example. MMA Fighting, wrestling, and boxing what cycles are generally used to enhance the body for this sport. Im asking in general not specific to stats. Joints, speed, endurance, cut, bulk etc. Let me have it...
