New Cycle Recommendations For Mass And Strength

I previously experienced a 8 week cycle of deca 300 and sust 250...My results were not what i planned considering i consume approx 3000 cal/day and 225g protein/day and alllooot of carbs. Im leaning to the fact that they were fakes or underground garbage.. At any rate, ive come acrossed a person that has the REAL GEAR not fake bullsh*t...Also, everything else seems to be growing at the pace i expected except for my arms, they seem to be lagging in comparison to everything else...My question is what combination of aas can i experience the most growth and strength?? my current stats are as follows

    height: 6' 2
    weight: 228
    bf: 15%
    arms: 16.25
    chest: 46.5
    shoulders: 54.5
    waist: 36

my current routine is about 2 weeks deep

    M:chest
    T: back/bi
    W:shoulder/tri
    Th:legs
    Fri: arms

Looks like having fake gear or not is not the issue with you. Everything else is the problem. 3000 calories is nothing. Thats what I eat everyday just to keep my weight at 192lbs (5'9"). If you want to grow, eat a min 3500 cals ed. Also, you'll grow like a snail training 5 days a week. 2days on 1day off is the most any BB would go.

Yeah johnny is right there that the drawback I guess to being so huge is that u have to fuel ur mass as u get larger. A good way to determine ur cal. in take is to take ur bodyweight and multiply it by 22. I weigh 164 and I eat about that many calories a day so u need go kinda go up towards the 5000 mark if u wanna get bigger. Its just pretty simple u can't grow if u don't have enough nutrients in ur body to build on. Also don't forget that 1.5-2g/lb of protein and roughly 2-3 times that on GOOD carbs.

It will increase overtraining which will cause your arms to lose mass or just stop growing.
