    First Cycle - Please Help

    First off, sorry if this is in the wrong part of the forum.

    I'm a bit of a noob at the moment. I've done quite a bit of reading but still don't know everything I need to yet.

    Does this cycle sound ok to you guys for a first timer?

    Weeks 1-2: 40mg of Danabol daily, 250mg of Sustanon twice a week split into two doses.

    Weeks 3-6: 20mg dbol daily, 500mg Sustanon weekly.

    Weeks 7-10: 500mg of Sustanon weekly.

    For PCT I'm going to use Nolvadex and Clomid. How much and how long for should I use them though? And how long should I leave it to start the next cycle?

    I've been training on and off for years. I haven't trained much in the last 6 months though and have lost a bit of weight.

    I'm 20 years old, 160 pounds and my height is 5"9.

    do you plan on training much after a cycle????? Gain naturally, get commited to the lifestyle then consider running a cycle.

    Of course!

    And I know what the life style is like. I haven't trained much in the last 6 months, but before that I was training every other day for 14 month's straight.
