Starting New
Been like 7 years since i lifted weights i'am 38M 5'11'' 315#. So iam looking to lean down to 200 or less. I was wondering if anyone could suggest any stacks that would help speed up the process? I'am in overall good health other than high blood pressure. So any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.............

Im a HBP too,my recomendation is to do some blood work FIRST to see how is your liver funtion,cholesterol ect...then,if everything is ok, go to the biginers(newbies) cycles and folow the recomendations there.
Also go to the diet forum,there is a ton of info that can help you get your goals.Cardio,cardio,cardio....that is the key.

yea i agree if i was just starting back out I would work naturally for a while and get as far as i can naturally then get a boost by usiong aas.....but as for now I would do alot of cardio and eat a high protein and moderate carb diet....and on a side note there is not many steroids that are gonna burn much bodyfat off....that is what clen and t3 or t4 is for....steroids will get you bigger stronger, and increase muscle hardness...

You need to train without anabolics for awhile to strengthen ligaiments and tendons. Also if you use AS then stop training for some reason youll get evn fatter. Diet and cardio is your answer.
