    Arrow 3rd Cycle Critique - Please Give Your Input!

    Hey Everyone,

    I am approaching my 3rd cycle in about 2 weeks and its coming time to place an order. Before I do, I want to know what your suggestions may be, here's my stats:

    5'10''
    185lbs

    1st Cycle Was:
    Weeks 1-12 Test E 500 mg/week
    Weeks 1-10 Deca 400 mg/week
    Weeks 1-5 30mg DBol Daily
    Proper PCT

    2nd Cycle Was:
    Weeks 1-14 Test E 600 mg/week
    Weeks 1-12 Deca 500 mg/week
    Weeks 1-5 75mg Anadrol (A-Bombs) Daily
    Proper PCT

    I have had such great success with those two cycles I was thinking about doing it 3rd time, with again, a slightly higher dosage. Over the past 2 cycles I have gained 72 lbs and retained 65 of it.

    Please let me know if it makes a difference if I do this again, or should I try something new?
    If so, what?

    If you gained 65lbs you where only 120lbs when you started gear?

    First check your diet, im sure you could of reached the 200 mark. Make sure your eating enough cals a day.

    I would stick with the test e and deca cycle, that should of brought you up.

    yes i was around 130~ before my first cycle. Im hovering around 190lbs now. I love the amazing strength and size gains I get off that cycle. Just want to make sure its fine to keep doing what I've found to prove itself in the past.

    Would it be appropriate to up the dosages?

    Any other opinions?

    Just curious you gained 72 lbs and retained 65 of it.... You started at 130lbs and where able to keep 65lbs? Thats un heard of. Simply amazing if this is true. You gained 32.5lbs each cycle?!?!?!?!!?

    How much of those gains are actually LBM and how much is fat or water?

    Most of my gains were made in my first cycle. About 40-50lbs. The rest in my second.

    I would assume the 7-10 pounds I lost in pCT were water. Leaving my remaining weight to be mainly LBM. I went from being very flat to very defined in the pec, traps, shoulders, and lats were what blew up.

    Im sure if you started out underweight for a human adult of your height then you could make huge gains. I mean most guys who are at or above the average weight for their height and only use one compound gain 20-30lbs (on a first cycle).

    Doh forgot to address the question at hand...

    It is fine to use those same compounds again if that is what you wish to do. I would NOT up the doses tho.
