    Cramping all over, but im very flexible and stretch daily????

    hi , i stretch 3-4 times a week , and im very flexible but i get cramps (mainly in my hammys and back) all throughout the day
    im on the last 3 weeks of my cycle which now consists of winny/test e

    water intake is pretty good,,, what do you think

    BANANAS!!! you need alot of potasium atleast a desent amount

    I have bad cramps; I've been taking potassium supplements daily for years. Did the trick.

    it's caused by an electrolyte imbalance. i agree with the water, potassium and taurine, but i would also add some magnesium in there too.

    Bump for what these guys said about the water, potassium, and taurine. I get lots of cramps to, especially in my calves, so I make sure that I a have plenty of these things in my system at all times.
