    My current cycle, test/tren/mast

    I am just finishing up week 10, goal was to stay around 280 pounds and go from 15% bf to 9-10% bf. This is my first cycle that I'm doing it all right. Tried sust before and lost most of gains (no knowledge). Studied AAS for 1.5 years this time and here I am.

    I have been learning about diet and training so much this last couple of months, which I believe is alot more important than the gear. I started off very muscular from 10+ years of lifting hard. I believe that AAS is just the cherry on top of an already great phsique.

    32 years old
    6-4
    273 @ 11-12% bf currently / started 282 pounds @ 15% bf

    1-16 test mix 125mg ed
    1-10 masteron 75mg ed/10-20 masteron 50mg eod
    9-18 trenbalone A 75mg ed
    16-20 test prop 50 mg ed (allowing long esters to clear from test mix)
    20-24 masteron 75mg m/w/f
    22-26 clomid 50mg ed

    Test mix 250 is
    prop
    phenylprop
    isocaproate
    decanoate
    arimidex .25mg

    clomid only for PCT isn't enough.... imo

    hcg is the way to go

    Thats a pretty hardcore cycle for a first cycle, actually that's hardcaore for a 10th cycle. 24 weeks, 875mg test/week with tren and mast at over 500mg /week each. WOW! Someone recommend that for you?

    Just alot of studying, knowing what I want to acomplish, already well built from years of training, I am half way through my cycle and am already really close to how I want to look, with all the shit I learned about DIET and TRAINING since being on these forums and being ON I dont see alot of cycles in my future.

    After a cycle that harsh, I would suggest you use more than just Clomid in your PCT. I would follow either Anthony Roberts PCT or Pheedno's PCT.

    I would highly advise in researching PCT protocol's more bro.

    Deff need a stronger PCT, with just clomid, you will loose alot of gains made from your cycle.

    You need to incorporate some sort of AI like letro to combat estrogen related issues in PCT, since your test levels will drop suddenly and a rise in estrogen could cause lots of problems, gyno and a rise in bf come to mind.

    Thats a start, research and read up on anthony roberts PCT, i would advise in PM'ing some of the other more experienced mods/vets. Recommend IBDmfkr, marcus3000 or anthony roberts see what they suggest for a proper PCT for your specific cycle.

    Good gains so far, however the cycle isnt done yet, dont take PCT lightly bro.

    How about this???????? added hcg and changed weeks, please critique. Should I run the hcg the same 4 weeks as the masteron, then clomid?

    started cycle at 282lbs and now, after 10 wks and all those drugs, yout results is: 273 and a bit leaner?
    maybe i dont understand something.. or i miss something, but it's a goal that you could have reached with diet + cardio.. and maybe a short.. light.. cutter...

    i realy hope, for you, that i am misunderstanding...

    please, explain me better..

    282 to 294 dropping calories in half, starting to cut week 7 now at about 276 and 3-4 % lower in BF and alot more hard looking.

    I started with alot of muscle built over years of natural training. There is no way I could put on 20 pounds of muscle in 10 weeks. Now if I looked like alot of the guys in the members photos that are on thier 3rd cycle and dont even look like they even go to a gym and started training like I do, then maybe. Started with 20 inch arms and they are still 20 inch, just way better looking.

    I'll help you see my point.
    282 pounds x 15.5%bf = 43.17 pounds of fat
    294 pounds x 13.5%bf = 39.69 pounds of fat (end of bulk)
    Took a week off (killed me, cancun)
    273 pounds x 11%bf = 30.03 pounds of fat
    lost 13.14 pounds of fat and added 4.14 pounds of muscle made.

    end goal 275 at 9%bf = 24.74 pounds of fat = another 4.5 muscle Total 9.6 pounds of muscle made and 19 pounds of fat loss.
