saw palmetto vs. nolvadex
heres a threas i saw and i certainly want to confirm its validity with you guys, like i would always do. here is what he said:
bros save your money on nolvadex ...go to walmart or any health store, get some saw palmetto berry extract...make sure it is in soft gel form ,85-90% fatty acids...take a minimum of 320mg per da.not only will it keep you from getting gyno, it will help prevent hairloss and protect your prostate by way of conversion of test to DHT. had my gyno cut out since 1993. it does come back if i cut out my saw palmetto.. another point is you dont get the full benefit of your testosterone when you mix it with nolv... read up on the nolv guys, this anti-es will block some of the effects of your cycle!
is saw palmetto strong enough for this? still think ill keep nolva on hand

saw palmeto does infact protect the postate and i believe can help with hairloss. But with gyno?? Not possitive but i highly doubt that. Anti E's are the only ways to go. As for anti-E's cutting into gains its not for certain that they really do. Most of the gains they will cut into is cutting out water wieght, but the extra water weight can actually benefit you in heavier lifts. So it really depends on which way you look at it. Take your saw palmeto, but have those anti-E's with ya for sure.

it would make sense that it would stop gyno as well if it reduces these other sides as well.but i will hdefinetlery have the nolva on hand just in case while im taking sawpalemetto

I'm gonna go with HELLLLLLLLS NO. Saw Palmetto is a good thing to be taking anyway, so give it a whirl if you want, but have the nolva on hand when it doesn't work.

sounds good, then it can't hurt to try I guess; if I were you, I'd ask that guy how he determined that dosage and what relation it has to how much AS you're taking so you can make sure you take the proper amount. good luck

saw palmetto is thought 2 bind to oestrogen and androgen receptors so it cud well cut into gains. this is probably how it helps the prostate and hairloss
