    How long is too long?

    I know this topic has been brought up before but here it goes

    i have done a 10week cycle with great results

    now i am wanting to do a 15 week test E cycle is this too long? thanks

    15 weeks is fine, for me i dont feel the effects of test e until the 5th week any way im starting a 20 wek right now

    That's comin up on half a year... a lil long for my taste.

    20 weeks does seem long, do you continue to make gains the whole time? I usually stop gaining around 12th week on test. maybe 14-16 on Eq.

    Ya ***ends on the person. When I did my first cycle for 11 weeks I found that my gains stopped at Week 8 and now on my second cycle and from then on for future cycles I'm going to be sticking to 8 weeks.

    I've ran two of my cycles with sust. for 18 weeks......honestly....i wouldnt do it again....stopped noticing gains after week 14.....just remember the longer the cycle....the longer the recovery....i think length of cycle and when you stop seeing results ***ends on a lot of things and varies from person to person- IMO.

    I usually run bulkers anywhere from 6-8 weeks (short esters), and cutters anywhere from 8-10 weeks.

    However its all ***endent on the users goal(s).

    Some good things said here. Thing to keep in mind is, the longer your recovery the longer you have to stay off. THe longer you are off the more gains you will lose. If you run a cycle beyond the point where you are growing well, all you do is suppress your body and make your recovery that much longer. Optimally you would want to run the cycle for only as long as you are making good gains, clean up and stay off for an equal amount of time, and then get back on again.
