i'm packed and ready to go, any last advice
hi people,
i'm 33 y, 210 lb, 180 cm. i'm planing for the first time to do anabolic st. please comment on this cycle:
week 1-9 (500 mg. testosterone ent. from week 1-3, then 750 mg from week 4-9).
week 1-9 (400 mg. Nandrolone Decanoate "Deca " from week 1-7, 600 mg on weeks 8-9).
week 1-8 (HGH somatropin 3iu daily).
week 1-12 (10 mg nolvadex from week 1-2, 20 mg from week 3-12)
week 11-13 (clomid therapy).
i'm planing for a 4000 calories diet (6 daily meals), 2-3 grams of protien per pound.
i'm planing to add (l-Arginine, ephedrine) before hiting the gym.
i joined the gym since one and half years ago.

yeah ill help so will alot of others, but how tall is 180 cm in feet and inches?
first cycle is test only FYI.

For a 1st cycle run Test by itself for 12wks. It is a long ester and needs to be ran a minimum of 10wks for it to work it's magic. The dose is up to you, but 500mg/wk is good.
I would save the Deca for your 2nd cycle.

get your bf lower or u'll be at increased risk of estrogenic side effects (like tits)

first cycle should be test alone to see how you react. you will make some good gains. 500mg EW for 10 weeks would be my suggestion. GH for 8 weeks is totally pointless IMO, try GH for months not weeks to get any effects,
The PCT you outlined is terrible. PCT is VERY important and will be the deciding factor in wether you keep your hard earned gains. Do not scrimp on PCT. Check the Anthony Roberts PCT sticky in PCT forum.

hello forum members,
thank you all for replying, i'm really confused here, i did a three week research on steroids in most famous forums, first i got mixed up on the so many information, advices, articles, personal experience.
so i compiled this cycle based on my simple knowledge and wrote it in word document, please i need an advice on this cycle. i'm welling to change every thing if it would help me seek my goal (mass and health safety) which is hard !!i know!!.
i'm 33 y, 210 lb, 28% body fat, 180 cm. training 6 times a week, 6 meals a day (3000-4000 calories).
thank you people for helping me out here and appreciate your good efforts.
