First cycle in 20 years.

Hey guys I am 45 years young and I have ran a lot of juice back in the 80's. I put together a cycle let me know your thoughts.

Stats:

Age:45
Ht: 6' 2"
Wt: 274
BF:24-26%
Cyles prior: 11

I have been watching my diet and have cut out all beer. I want to put on 10 lbs of lean mass and drop some body fat. Because of my age I am working my body parts heavy every 4th day, 45 min of cardio ed. I am on HRT with 400Mg test cyp every ten days.

Cycle:

Wks 1-12 Test cyp 400 ew
wks 1-12 Decabol 250 ew
wks 1-14 50 Proviron ed
wks 7-14 30 mg oral win ed
wks 14-18 Hcg 800 eod
wks 14-20 50 mg nov ed

I am not to worried about gyno I have never had a problem in the past while running deca with the increased progesterone it causes. I am hoping the increased andro from the proviron will cut down the water and bloat.

I would apprieciate your feedback. The juice has change from back in the day and so has my body. I am glad to be back.

i would slip that test dose in two at the very minimum.

If you run like 300mg/wk on HRT, 400mg isn't going to be a big jump. And 250mg/wk of deca isn't even a moderate dose. I'd bump the deca to 400-500mg/wk. Your bf is a little high imo, but that's all person ***endant. Looks great other than that, goodluck with the cycle.

I am not seeing much reduction in size on the boys with my hrt. I know going up on the cyp will shrink them. I am using the hcg to keep my size up on the boys.

Thanks for the feedback, I am sticking to 400MG ew on the Cyp. I am now increasing my Deca to match the Cyp at 400MG ew. I will let you know how my cycle goes. I have some liquid Clen from Lion I am going to add at the end. This stuff kicks -ss. I also have used there liquid cialis, it works Great.

Just curious, but did you run 11 cycles before the age of 25 because I see that you said you haven't run one in 20 years, and you have run 11 previous cycles. That's alot! lol. Did that shut you down for good to where you had to go on HRT? Good luck with your new cycle. It must feel good again to get back on a real cycle after that much time off.

Back in the early Eighties we did not know the info that you guys got now. We all wanted to look like Arnold. I ran mostly deca with dianabol ,some cycles had finajet, eq, and some test. The knowledge of cycles and amounts wern't around then. I got my info from a freind in the gym that placed second in the Mr Ohio. He was and still is Huge. I have read alot of books including the one from the sponsorer. I have educated my self a little since I was diagnost with a cyst on my hypothalimus and a small tumor on my pituitary(Left Side). My GP treated me for ***ression for 6 years with meds that didn't help. I read the symptoms for low test and had him run blood work. Guess what I had test levels of 120 total,not free. I was sent to an endo and an uro, They ran a cat and mri that found the problem.
I dont know if was from the earlier abusive levels or not? I thank god that I got the help I needed. I take Meds for the tumor and cyst wich are working good. The hrt is with Test Cyp, and T-4. I feel Great, My endo has changed my life. Well enough of my blabbering,Thanks for the feedback. I am hoping to get that Good High Feeling from the deca its been awhile since I have had it.
