When I am running test I always use both and I am gyno prone. The nolva will compete with the estrogen thats in your system and the proviron will bind to the aromatase enzyme preventing(decreasing) the production of more estrogen. Together you will basicly eliminate chances of getting gyno. In addition the proviron will make your test work better. GL

I dont think one can say, "you will basicly eliminate chances of getting gyno", without eliminating estrogen. Which is something Proviron cant do. Infact, I think Proviron is fairly weak at reducing estrogen, from personal experience. A type II AI, well, thats another story.

If your prone, go with an AI, like Letro, Arimidex or Aromasin and combine it with a SERM if needed. The majority fo the time, only one is needed.

    Celticd,

I'd use the Nolva alone and see how you get on. Proviron can be used, but as above, isnt as effective as other defences at all IMO. It will work to actively reduce SHBG though. Better in PCT if you ask me.
