hey guys i was just wondering... if i were to do a cycle of lets say test, if i didnt change a thing - like diet, training, sleep - will i still gain muscle as expected?? Or is it necessary to increase calories, increase training volume, and get more sleep? if this is the case, i dont see any benefit in taking aas, except for maybe the ones that boost strength and/or endurance for athletes. Any feedback?

p.s. - this is assuming the diet is decent, good training habits, and adequate amount of sleep before and during cycle.
