sore glute

hey just have a quick question stats are 32yrs-216w-5'10 working out 3-5 times aweek for close to 2 years now started test enanthate 500 a week split in 2 my first shot was right glute it got pretty sore for about a week so i started shooting my delts no problems with delts, in week 5 my thursday evening shot was in my left glute to give my left shoulder a rest, this is monday and my ass still hurts very uncomfortable it is worse than my first right glute shot, i know it's prob just virgin muscle syndrome but just wanted to make sure.the area where i injected is swollen feels like a giant charlie horse. it is not hot or red, there is a slight bruise and i have had no fever.any help would be appreciated Thanks
