Manpretty's cycle (advice criticism anything)
ok so,
160lbs, 24, 9%bf, 9 years training consistently, cycle history is in my profile (but all oral thus far).
and please do not make comments like you need to be 200lbs or oral cycles suck etc. i will not take advice from people that think like that so dont waste your time.
goals: 15 lbm and drop some bf, most importantly be strong as #*&%
cycle
test p: 75mged weeks 1-4
test e: 500mgew weeks 1-12
winny (oral): 75mged weeks 7-13
pct
nova: 20mged
arimidex : .5mged
until im back probably 4-6 weeks
what do you guys think of running an AI during cycle to keep the bloat out?
plus i want to take care of any gyno that could appear.

Diet will be
meal 1:
2/3 cup of oats, 300 cals,
1/4 raisins, 130 cals
4 eggs whites, 125 cals
meal 2:
1 cup lean ground beef, 320 cals
cheese 6 cubic in, 280 cals
meal 3:
steak, 300 cals
juice, 130 cals
meal 4:
baked potatoe, ~220 cals
chicken breast, 180 cals
meal 5:
shake 260 cals
meal 6:
veg, 100 cals
steak, 300 cals
Total 2645 cals
is this enough?
i forgot to add im 5'8

Without figuring up all the numbers, I would say that your diet is not enough to keep 15 lbs. IMO, you should be closer to 3600...

OK, diet comments are above, and they are JUST suggestions
as far as cycle, I would change up the winny from week 8-14 so that your PCT timing matches with the 14 days from the Test E.
as far as an AI, i would definetly have one on hand and either use a small dose like .25 ED of arimidex or just have it if you notice signs of bloat and keep the nolva handy if you notice signs of gyno
If your diet works for you and your training is on, then I think 15 lbs should be very doable for you. GOOD LUCK with it

I'd consider picking up some Flax also.
I see steak and cheese, but no healthy fats.

i would up your caloties to like 3500 -4000,2600 is probably close to maintenance...repped

SMAN i was under the impression that meals should be P/C OR P/F not all three, something to do with the carb and fat present at the same time leading to a high rate of fat storage.....
and i overlooked the the last week of the enth for some reason

Like sman said, run the winny to week 14 and Id also run prop ed the last two weeks (13-14) while youre at it just to stay as anabolic as possible. jmo.
