Man this sucks
Im in my week 2nd of my 10 week test-e cycle and yesterday at work I smashed my finger with a heavy piece of razor sharp steel and had to get stitches, doc says I cant lift til the stitches come out, in my mind I was thinkin yea right, I lifted today already but I cant do any pulling cuz I cant grip anything that tight, all I do is pushing and it hurts but I dont care, maybe I will just bench press and do legs for the next 10 days till my stitches come out.

Try wrist straps and leave your finger extended so you don't make it worse.
You can do yates rows too. Which is like a supinated bent over row. That should have more pressure on the palms. But wrist straps are your best bet.

do something to bust those stitches out and you are gonna wish you listened to your doctor. Work out different body parts and leave that area alone.
let it heal first. If you split that wound you could leave it open to get infections. Staph and Strep infections are quite common in gyms. Both of those I wouldn't ever want in my lifetime.

Wait for the wound to heal. You have years and years with the working out, don't be in such a rush.

try some wrist "hook" straps...this would be ideal for your situation.. you can get them at sports authority or online.. they velcro to your wrists and are connected to double U hooks to hold onto the bar. no finger action required.

Sorry to hear of your injury, as others have said, work on other body parts, do not do something to tear open your sutures and good luck to you

Sucks... Best bet is probably to take it easy though and wait for it to heal. You don't want to risk making it worse by training over it.

your only in your 2nd week of your cycle. Dont worry about, take it easy and train around it. You'll be back real soon and still have plenty of cycle left.
