    waist getting bigger! fat or water bloat???

    im 3 weeks into my prop and nap/tren course.

    looks like this

    week 1-8 prop ed 100mgs
    week 1-3 nap 50s 100 mgs ed
    week 4-8 tren 75mgs ed

    im just making the switch to tren now from the drol. im up around 14 lbs from the start, but ive lost a lttle definition and ive put an inch on my waist. thing is though is my bf has stayed consistent. been checking with calipers every few days and im still around 10-11% but my waist is getting slightly bigger.

    will this go down when the tren kicks in/ naps leave my system?? or should i hit the cardio now??

    Water should leave as Dbol clears your system.

    Naposim is dbol not anadrol . 100mg/day of dbol is pretty high
    so you're probably retaining lots of water right now. Try taking
    taroxatone, it works pretty well at getting rid of water retention
    under the skin.

    thats alot of dbol . is that even save. liver must be screamin. maybe your abs are getting bigger, just a thought.

    You are not working out your abs. and back extensively. You need to focus on that during your training.

    its not dbol its drol. we cal them naps as in nap 50s/ anapolon 50s etc.

    anyway, i ditched them yesterday for the tren . just hoping the water comes off. looked a little less bloated this morning when i woke up. abs were pretty clear so heres hoping!

    i do twists and bag work every day as this helps my waist stay trim and tight, i also do heavy deads as well as rows on back day as well. i dont train abs as much as i would when cutting but im still hitting them a couple of times per week.

    2 things could be causing this:
    - water bloat from dbol
    - weight training your obliques
    When you incorporate weight resistance into your ab workouts, all muscles in the a**omen will get bigger.
