New and questions
I know it said to read the educational site but thats not working. I'm 5'11 and 160 pounds and so tired of being this scrawny i was wondering what would anyone recommend i should use i dont want to blow up beyond recognition but at least put on 10 or 15 lbs more let me know if you guys can name a good one or two for me thanks

Yea and i just quit smoking a week ago and havent had one since so im sure that didnt help

Here is your quick answer.
Get a good workout routine going but most importantly eat every 2.5 hours up to 8 meals a day. Get 8 hrs of rest at night and proper rest between workout days.
Don't kid yourself into believing that you have ever ate the right amount of healthy food to bulk up until you set your cell phone alarm to remind you when to eat every time. You will be amazed at what you thought you ate before once your reminder alarm goes off again and in your 30 initial days you gain 10-15 lbs all naturale.

you dont need steroids , you need food..read this and try eating like this for a while, I guarantee you will put on some size. Besides if you cant gain naturally by eating, you wont get anythinng from steroids.
