Summer Cycle Tell Me What You Think <----
week 1 to 10 clenbuterol (3 weeks on 2 weeks off)
week 1 to 10 ECA stack when off clem.
week 1 to 10 500 mg sustanon
week 11 to 13 nolvadex and clomid.
Diet
meal 1 whey protien and flax
meal 2 whey protien and flax
meal 3 whey protien and flax
meal 4 (post work out) as much brown rice and chicken breast as I want.
meal 5 whey protien/glutamine.
meal 6 whey protien
Here is my question, I work in a semi physical job 40 hours per week and the only thing that is going to keep me fueled during work is whey protein,flax and body fat, do you recommend I add cardio 3 times a week to my weight training or does a physical job suffice ?
Do you recommend I add some equipose to my cycle ?
I want to loose 4 percent body fat and refine my muscle.

LOL that diet is the most god awful horrid thing i have ever seen.. u do know whole food > whey protein right?
u do know that ECA and Clen hit the same recepters thus taking time off from clen to use ECA is POINTLESS?
UR PCT start time isnt even proper!! ur SUPPOSE TO WAIT TILL the Test is outta your system before starting pct.
ITS obvious you have no clue to what your doing.
Your Diet is WAY OFF!
ur cycle is ILL researched.
i promise your body composition isnt ready for aas yet, since your diet isnt even the slightest bit reasonable.
as horrid as that outline is i hope its a joke.

well I'm on week 2 and have gained size! no joke.It's extreme I know..
I'm going to be incorporating whole foods in the evening this was just a typical day.
Equipose yes or no ?
Cardio Yes or no?

All I know is the diet works....I have gained size and lost fat...It's not mainstream, however it is effective. I love how everybody criticizes without offering any feed back or advice to warrant it.
If you seen how extreme the pros go before a show, it makes my diet look like body for life.
Goose you are a girl this is a big boy topic.

ok so first your diet sucks you have all shakes and one whole food meal at the ONLY time you should have a shake
second your clen eca stack sucks, eca on your off weeks does the same thing as clen so it will not be effective
third your pct is not correct for your cycle, you must wait a few weeks after last sust shot
nothing in your post is correct

My diet is a spin off of the fat fast diet originally posted in testosterone magazine... I have 18 inch arms and a 33 inch waist and everybody thinks I'm some nube because my diet is not mainstream. Out of everyone goose had at least forwarded an article to look at and has been the most helpful.I thout he/she might of been a girl from the pic but i don't know.

wow so you have good genetics good for you, if you had a good diet your arms would be bigger and you'd be leaner
eq for a 10 weeker not worth it imo gains would be minimal
cardio, you want to lose weight right? cardio makes you lose weight so think about it

It's a temporary diet... I know the basics man, I have like 100 muscle mags and various books...I don't normally eat that way...
The reason I asked about cardio is because I'm active 8 hours a day at my job.I want to know if cardio is overkill....
