^^^^ No kidding, shins sounds like ZERO fun....

For those who like to hit the delts which is the preferred spot I've heard of hitting the front, rear, and side. Which is better and why?

I like the middle or "side" delt as the front is too veiny and the rear is too tricky.

I usually use 25g 1" in delts and pecs. I have used 5/8 pins in my delt with no problems. I always heat the oil up and inject right after shower. and then massage for a bit. no problems!

I like to rotate injection sites if I am on a Test - Deca cycle I usally hit 2 shot per week something like this:

week 1 Right Shoulder - Left Shoulder
week 2 Left Trap - Right Trap
week 3 Left Tri - Right Tri
then rotate back to shoulders, and start the whole sequence over again. I prefer a 23 g 1 or 1.5

Has anyone noticed a huge difference in gains where the administered their gear? Enough to warrant hitting a particular muscle directly...

I have been told that injecting certain muscle will not make those muscle grown any faster than the muscle that are not injected, but I have to agree in my case seem that my delts, and traps grow when I inject those muscle, maybe it's just swelling from the injection
