Well today is the beginning of week 5 of a 200mg Deca and 500mg Test E cycle. So far I am up 10 lbs and .5 inches on my arms. So far most gains are natural because the gear should just start kicking in. But looking in the mirror and the way my clothes fit either I am getting fat or I am bloated. Is it possible to be bloated bad in the mid section but not much at all in the face?? Acne is starting up too. Anyway here is my diet, am I taking in too much??
600 2eggs and 2egg whites, or egg beaters and half cup oatmeal with half
scoop of protein powder
900 can of chicken,or chicken breast, or sometimes lean hamburger patty
1200 lean meat and cup of brocolli, or sometimes a Lean Cuisine
1300(preworkout)protein shake 36g protein
1415(post)shake 36g protein 50g dextrose
1600 can of chicken, or chicken breast,or hamburger patty
1900 lean meat and cup of veggies
2100 cup skim milk with scoop whey protein
Also in between meals I will snack on some beef jerky and sometimes some sunflower seeds, I also take in about 2 tbsp's a day of Natty peanut butter straight out of jar between meals
