    Am I bloated???, Please Help

    Well today is the beginning of week 5 of a 200mg Deca and 500mg Test E cycle. So far I am up 10 lbs and .5 inches on my arms. So far most gains are natural because the gear should just start kicking in. But looking in the mirror and the way my clothes fit either I am getting fat or I am bloated. Is it possible to be bloated bad in the mid section but not much at all in the face?? Acne is starting up too. Anyway here is my diet, am I taking in too much??
    600 2eggs and 2egg whites, or egg beaters and half cup oatmeal with half
    scoop of protein powder
    900 can of chicken,or chicken breast, or sometimes lean hamburger patty
    1200 lean meat and cup of brocolli, or sometimes a Lean Cuisine
    1300(preworkout)protein shake 36g protein
    1415(post)shake 36g protein 50g dextrose
    1600 can of chicken, or chicken breast,or hamburger patty
    1900 lean meat and cup of veggies
    2100 cup skim milk with scoop whey protein
    Also in between meals I will snack on some beef jerky and sometimes some sunflower seeds, I also take in about 2 tbsp's a day of Natty peanut butter straight out of jar between meals

    Your Deca dose is really low. Are you just using it for your joints?

    Without knowing your maintenance amt of calories and amt of calories you are taking in it is difficult to tell if you are eating too much.

    To answer your question it is normal to feel/look bloated while on Test. I also get bloated on Deca, especially in the face. You can add in an A.I. like Aromasin to reduce water retention. That would probably be your best bet.

    u can def be bloated. u can get bloated within a week. the androgenic /anabolic effects often take longer to kick in than the sides. I start to get moon face on the second or third day of prop or test e like clock work. which also means I can counter it with ai's like clock work now

    sounds like adipose ***osits to me. you said, "bloated bad in the mid section but not much at all in the face." if its predominantly in the mid section it's probably just fat. i have a test that you can use to determine if its bloat "water retention" or not (purely personal). open an close your hands, if your hands feel tight then it's probably bloat.

    I measure the circumfrince of my wrist to know how much bloat I have. The more water you retain the larger the circ. of your wrist becomes.

    how much do u spend on foood a week?

    run an ai like aromasin throughout your entire cycle and that should solve your problem

    if you have been standing up during the day for long periods check the ankle area where your socks or boots cut in. If there is a nocticable hump (where water has dropped down to ankles and accumulated) then you are holding water. If you are just bigger rounf the stomach then you got fat!

    water retention for me begins within the first week. i was so bloated in the first week of my test E cycle that EVERYBODY noticed. i didn't start the dbols til week 7 and you can imagine how i looked by then

    have u ever concidered the amount of sodium that is in a can of chicken or beef jerky? this will also contribute to you feeling bloated along with with the test i will get bloated from sodium but if you watch the amount you consume this will sometimes go away quickly if this is the problem. and i agree with perfectbeast also check ankles sure give away.

    I sit all day so my ankles wouldnt be that way I dont guess. When I started this cycle I was 5"11 176lbs 14.5%bf, Im up to 186 now, but havent been able to check bf. I think I have gained a little fat but am a little bloated as well cause i do see it a little in my face... Im running Deca at a low dose because this is my first cycle with Deca and wanted to try it at a low dose the first time.

    its definately water. Half inch arm growth? 10 pounds in 5 weeks? come on man, WATER!
