    Quick question about injection sites

i run 500mg of test e per week

    ok so the question is:

is it ok for me to only inject in my shoulders?
will the receptors there be worn out ?

I've recently come across a growing belief that delt injections lengthen the half life of the esters you inject into them (because of less circulation is that muscle tissue). I personally never thought about it and just rotate around the various parts.

But I would say just sticking to your delts for the jabs may not be the best idea, especially with test E, which may not clear out sufficiently in just 7 days before you jab again. Quads and Glutes are also viable sites IMO and you might want to consider them as well.

    cheers

The circulatory system is a very efficient mechanism. You shouldn't have a problem with once a week (alternating sides) injections with any body part where substantial muscle exists.

I've been doing delt only injections now for the past 4 weeks and have had wonderful results. I was getting too much pain in the quad and glute injections. I hit each delt once per week and it seems to be going great. Maybe it is just me, but I'd listen to any and all replies to this thread. Only problem is that my chest and arms have gotten so much bigger...that it is becoming difficult to reach around and inject my delts. I have to lean against a wall to help my arms reach the opposite delt. I guess that is a good problem to have. LOL
