    Test/primo/tbol

    I am 25 6'3" 220lbs, 2 cycles done in the past year.


    Prevoius cycles #1 400deca/200 test ew X10
    #2 400deca/300 test ew X10 plus anavar 50mgs ed for 4 weeks



    LOOKING to do a new cycle: Deca raises my BP to much 160/95

    I was thinking 400 primo/300 test X10 weeks
    40mgs tbol weeks 1-7
    .25mg letro eod

    PCT: Tamox/Clomid

    What are your thoughts

    what are your goals???

    the cycle is set about right, but are you going to be bulking or cutting, you could do either with that cycle..

    easier to bulk with it but that's me..

    so what do you hope to accomplish with this cycle..

    I want to increase lean muslce mass with this cycle weight gain of 10 lbs via 15 of new muscle and 5 lbs of fat loss. NO WATER weight.


    What do you think my diet should be like with these goals?

    3500 cals 60% carbs 30% protien 10% fat

    What do you think??

    I would double your primo dose. I love primo it is great for LBM, but you need to run a lot of it to see results. Im currently running a gram/wk and nothing else and loving it so far!

    I think you need to up your protein and lower your carbs a bit. 30% protein only puts you at about 260grams/day, and at your weight you need at least 1.5 grams/lb of body weight
